I do not even want to give this company a star, the worst customer service ever!!!!! They stand you up on calls and never call you back to reset up the appoitment, we paid them up...

I do not even want to give this company a star, the worst customer service ever!!!!! They stand you up on calls and never call you back to reset up the appoitment, we paid them up front. From the second they arrived the first time he complained on how he was not going to pick up our part and we need to just deal with the AC being out because he doesnt get paid to pick up the part, so we have to wait for it to get sent to him. Really?? then, after recieving the part did not show. I am beyond frustrated, This company should not even be in business. more

Poor Service 9/10/2010

They repaired our A/C unit, and a week later it was not working again. So we called them to come back to make the same repair again. They canceled on us twice and said if we didn't like it to find someone else to do the work. They had already been paid the first time to do the work. They did poor work and were unprofessional. I would not recommend them. more

The entire company does not know what their doing 7/3/2008

Worst experience ever. My family had to suffer because this company is incompetant, Do yourself a favor and call another a/c company. I will never call these guys again and I will warn all my family and friends about them. Pros: ---- Cons: Incompetant and want to charge you for it, more
