Absolutely fantastic service! 1/17/2013

I called Airquip at 3pm on a very cold Monday afternoon when my ancient furnace stopped working. They sent someone out right away. When they discovered that they would need to replace my furnace, they offered to supply me with space heaters for the night until they could install my new furnace. The three technicians who worked on the install were kind, courteous, thoughtful and very thorough. My home is over 100 years old, and the technicians were met with a number of challenges with the new install. They handled everything wonderfully. They completely dismantled and removed my ancient furnace, and removed any trace of it. I couldn't believe how clean they left their workspace. Airquip is a terrific company. I highly reccommend them. more

Happy with the service, installation, and the price. 12/7/2012

Airquip did a good job and charged a reasonable price. They were very professional, cleaned up everything, and had it done in a timely manner. The only problem I have is with the furnace itself, but that was my choice and not Airquip's fault. One thing I would suggest is that they clean the ducts at the same time as they put the furnace in. more

The experience was great. We talked over the options, we selected one, and they did the work when we weren't even home. They were super efficient, cleaned up at the end, and followed up with a phone call. It was a really smooth experience. They exceeded our expectations. more

They were on time, efficient, and did good work 9/28/2012

Airquip Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. Taking out old systems is not a clean process, but they were very neat. They were efficient in their work, and the people were all good to deal with. They did a great job for me! I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them. more

Great Expierence 1/21/2012

I have used AirQuip since purchasing my home in 2008. They were always professional when cleaning & inspecting my old furnace,never tried scare tactics to get me to purchase a new furnace when they cleaned my>20 year old furnace. Randy was very helpful in showing & explaining why it was now time to get a new furnace in Oct.2011. Mark came to go over products available to choose from, evaluated my home & needs.Then allowed me to make the decision of what I would want based on his explanations. Treated me with respect @ all times. I had limited availability of when I could have them come to do the job & they were very accomadating.I had them install a new Trane Furnace,Clean Air Effects filter system & Central Air. Craig & Jeff were very respectful,efficient,clean & friendly. All the paper work was filled out for the RG&E rebate & the proper info for tax deductions. Everyone was very great to deal with especially when spending such a large amount of money. So I have had my new furnace w/ programmable thermostat since Nov. 2,2011.I Hardly know when the furnace is running,the heat is more evenly dispersed throughout my home so my cat & I are much warmer than in the past. Can't wait to utilize the a/c this summer. I am very pleased with all the work AirQuip has done for me & Highly recommend them. They are honest & efficient. Thankyou AirQuip!! more

Excellent from start to finish 1/15/2012

I called your company on January 10 around lunch time and by 2 PM your technician, Bob, arrived at our house. So impressive!!! Our furnace wasn't working and, Bob, after almost 2 hours fixed us right up. Bob was so patient and professional!!!! I cannot stop talking about your company's professionalism and sense of urgency. Great Company to Contract With!! 11/10/2011

I called Airquip for a quote to replace my existing heat pump system. My furnace was old and I wanted to replace it before I had a problem. I had noticed that a few of my neighbors were getting new. I had been using another heating contractor for several years but when they gave me the brand (Never heard of it) and price to replace the system something didnt feel right $$$$$, so I called Airquip. The person that answered the phone was polite and very helpful. She scheduled an estimate for me and told me that Mark Cole would be the person coming to my home. Mark did a great job on explaining the different kinds of Trane systems and recommended a new one based on my needs. I am extremely happy with! The installation crew that came to my house they were clean and professional in every way. I have savings in my utility bill, the furnace is so much quieter than my old one and even the upstairs cools much better with the new motor style. I would and already have recommended Airquip to my family and friends. THANK YOU Airquip for you honesty, integrity and a job well done more

Airquip Heating & Air Conditioning turned a very scary situation into a positive experience for me. 3/1/2011

From the office staff to the actual workers that came out to replace my furnace, I was very happy with the service provided by Airquip Heating & Air Conditioning. My old furnace gave out which led to a very scary situation. I had to call 911 because I smelled smoke. The Firemen came and checked it out and told me I needed to call my heating guy. So I called, and they sent someone over to me within twenty minutes. I was thankful they were so responsive and kind. He patiently took the time to explain to me in laymen terms what was wrong with my old furnace, what the cost would be to replace parts versus purchasing a new furnace. They went out and bought me two heaters for the night, because it was freezing in my house, and scheduled a time to come back the following day. They made sure I would be warm enough before they left for the night. I ended up buying a new furnace that turned out to be energy efficient. Reggie called me and told me that there was a rebate to go with my new furnace and he kindly walked me through that stuff. Reggie was very good about being clear with explaining things to me throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about the bills and helped sort out the pricing for me. Everyone who works for this company is amazing. I can only assume that they go the extra mile for all of their customers, but they certainly made me feel very important. It was a great experience for me and I am very pleased with the results. more
