If you want to stay in good spirits, call these people as a last resort. I have been using Airport & Town Taxi for more than two months, 3-4 times a week and was more or less pleased with their ability to arrive quickly. In my mind I was assuming that I should be somewhat of a valued customer. However, today had the most bizarre customer service experience. The call center operator demanded (I'm not exaggerating) my first and last name, and when I refused to give him my last name (not trying to be conspiratorial, but come on people - it's a cab ride), the operator fired back that I should call another taxi service and hung up the phone. What kind of cab company issues policies to collect customers' names (they can't verify if the names are real anyways) and rudely sends away their faithful customers to the competitors? Apparently Airport & Town Taxi does.
Pros: arrive more or less quickly after the call
Cons: rude operators, bizarre policies, do not value your business
