I am a new tenant at Airport Self Storage, they had the best prices, friendly staff and their facility is always clean. I give them an A+

This place has cockroaches. Don't rent here, they refused to spray or respond when we told them. We quickly got our stuff out of there!

Best Prices! 12/3/2010

I've been a tenant for over a year now, without ever having any problems. I don't know what all these people are talking about. They also have the best prices around. The lady there was very kind and helpful. more

Turnwall's review is true. 9/13/2010

I had started two weeks before this happened and I felt so bad for this man and his wife. The owner called him all kinds of names and was screaming and yelling at him calling him a liar. The owner KNEW that there had been a rash of break-ins. The thief's would cut a lock, steal items and then put another lock on the unit. The owners view point is....""I rent them a space (four walls and a roof)"". That does not include ANY type of customer service. Security is terrible. If anything happens to your belongings, you will get no help from management because they are trained not to help. If you rent here, you save a penny, but get a headache. more

the people that work here must be the biggest morons in town. They love to lie, bring a recorder with you just in case.. Then play it back for them and see how many times they change there story.. I guess you get what you pay for Pros: Cheap Cons: rude untrained staff more

this is by far the worst place for a renter if you value your stuff. the lock on my unit was cut and replaced with another. when i asked the office about it, we came to the conclusion that the lock did not belong to myself or the storage place. due to a flawed contract, i am not allowed to cut my own lock. here is the thing ITS NOT MY LOCK!! they wanted to charge me 40$ to cut the lock. if i cut it myself i get a 30 day eviction notice. well if my stuff had been ripped off i was going to leave anyway. so i cut the lock. some of my things had been stolen. i called the local police and started a report when the owner showed up and had me removed from site. what happened to 30 days? now i have to get a civil standby to be there to retrieve my belongings. with out security cameras on the premises the thieves are going to get away with it. so i recommend spending 20$ more and going just around the corner to interstate storage. they have some of the tightest security i have ever seen at a storage facility. rent at your own risk and remember , you get what you pay for! Great Storage Facility! 1/17/2010

If you need to store your stuff, then definitely go to Airport Self Storage. I looked around and they are the cheapest for sure. They have a secure computer controlled gate and they monitor who goes in and out at what times. Their place is always so clean too, I always see them maintaining the facility. The manager was very friendly and helpful, she helped me choose just the right size I needed Pros: lowest prices around, clean facility, friendly mangers Cons: I didn't know about them sooner! more

This place is a joke!! Rent at your own risk! My belongings as well as others were stolen by employees. Due to the contract that you must sign that does not hold themselves responsible for any reason, their is nothing i can due about it. These people are unwilling to accept responsibility or even discuss their liability. I would not reccommend anyone rent from this place. You may end up with a lot less to store than you started with! Pros: nothing Cons: high risk of robbery more
