We made an online reservation, weeks before our trip, with Park-N-Go at DTW for a parking spot before leaving for two weeks. We arrived to find the enitre lot double parked. They directed us to double park and asked for the keys, telling us they would valet the car into a spot once one opened up. We did not like the idea but did not have time to argue as we had a plane to catch. The took the key and gave us a tag for it. When we returned we were shocked to find our car had been sitting for two weeks unlocked with the keys in it! We were upset and the driver became quite rude when we asked if it had been sitting unlocked for two weeks. We decided to take this up with the manager on duty. He tells us that our car was secure and they accept responsibility for the unlocked cars. We asked for the owners name and he would not give them to us, but said we could call back and talk to him later. Now bear in mind we had valuables in the car that may or may not have been stolen, and it would be our word against theirs.
Cons: Left my car unlocked with keys in it!
