I was worried because I had a birthday party to get to after my flight. Park N Go vans were right at the airport and got me back to my car fast. Everything went smoothly and was easy. (I got to the party right on time :) ) more

I had a great parking experence at PARK N GO parking. the staff was friendly and courteuos and i especially liked that they helped with my luggage!!!! i will definitely park w/ them again more

The lot is very close to the airport. I chose this lot due to the rates and the distance to the airport. When I came back from a five day trip I had an unfortunate incident where my car battery did not start. I was worried and thought I would have to call a tow or rent-a-car. I was lucky enough to find out that the Park N Go lot had jumper cables. My car was up and running in no time. I am glad that I chose to park here and will again in the future. more

I was in the lot getting my bags out of my car when I realized that I had to move some items from my suitcase to my carry-on and vice versa. more

Service: I used to park at US Park but switched to Park N Go because they handle your luggage for you, unlike other parking lots. I travel almost every other week for work and have found Park N Go to be the most helpful. more

I used Park N Go for the first time around Christmas and I was very pleased. My family and I were picked up from the airport quickly, our bags were heavy with gifts and the driver didn't hesitate to hoist our bags into the back carefully. The driver to the lot was nice, and the vans smelled like they had just been cleaned. When we got back to the Park N Go lot, they had Christmas lights around the outside landscaping and it made my children very happy. It was a wonderful was to end our trip and I will go here for future trips. more

I have used Park-N-Go in the past and had ok service. Today, we took the shuttle back to our car...it was the worst 20 minutes ever! The van that we were riding in had a horrible odor of feces and vomit coming from the driver and smelled throughout the van. I wanted to vomit at the smell and also worried about our health. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. It was disgusting. When we were leaving the lot, we asked for a discount for enduring 20 min of this rancid odor as we drove from one terminal to the next. The older blonde lady at the register was rude (she mentioned that she is part owner of the business) and accused of us trying to pull a fast one on her....that people do this all the time. What happened to customer service? Anyway...we will not be going back there.....we will pay the extra couple of dollars and park at US Park or one of the other lots....It has been hours and I still have the smell up my nose....puke more

I have used the park n go twice within the passed 2 months. The first time we had a very rude driver that flipped out when we did not want to tip him. Pros: price isnt too bad Cons: poor attitude workers and slow service..who wants to wait in the cold for hours with no service more

We made an online reservation, weeks before our trip, with Park-N-Go at DTW for a parking spot before leaving for two weeks. We arrived to find the enitre lot double parked. They directed us to double park and asked for the keys, telling us they would valet the car into a spot once one opened up. We did not like the idea but did not have time to argue as we had a plane to catch. The took the key and gave us a tag for it. When we returned we were shocked to find our car had been sitting for two weeks unlocked with the keys in it! We were upset and the driver became quite rude when we asked if it had been sitting unlocked for two weeks. We decided to take this up with the manager on duty. He tells us that our car was secure and they accept responsibility for the unlocked cars. We asked for the owners name and he would not give them to us, but said we could call back and talk to him later. Now bear in mind we had valuables in the car that may or may not have been stolen, and it would be our word against theirs. Cons: Left my car unlocked with keys in it! more

I fly out of the Detroit Airport around 15 times/year. I ALWAYS park at Park N Go! It is quick and easy to get to & from the highway (Vining Road Exit), the shuttle bus is at my vehicle before I ever get out, the staff is prompt and friendly, and very helpful with my always heavy luggage! And...during the busy season, I simply call a day or two ahead of time for a reservation to ensure I have a spot! The only airport parking service I will use! Pros: Convienence, Service Cons: More frequent pick-ups at airport! more

Beware, these guys tried to overcharge me. I called the next day and spoke to guy that said he was the owner (Larry). Very rude and unprofessional man. Can believe he still has custumers. Not me anymore. Stay away from them. I gave them very bad notes on their website. Guess what ?. Is not there. He keeps only exellent comments. Pros: price Cons: management more

Hey, I thought this place would be easy given their terrific website reservation system....not! Bad directions that take you out of the way, poor service from the shuttle service and bad attitude from the clerk at the parking lot are enough to make me never come back. We waited a long time while shuttles from other parking lots came several times!!!! more
