Good: How clean the establishment is.. Bad: How the restaurant on the high end was shut off to the bowlers.. Improvements: As far as food goes I would go to the bowlers and see what kind of food they want to purchase. I would also make better contact with the bowlers. See what things they like and dislike. These are the people who support the business between 30 to 31 weeks a year.Without them there is no business.. Other: Over the past year the maintenance has fell below par due to people being let go and others no longer working there. The show must still go on and the owner needs to hire experienced people such as mechanics to make sure all the preventive maintenance is kept up to date.The people behind the counter do a good job and the managers do a good job working with those people. The owner needs to stay on top of things better and know all that is going on..
