This has to be the worst place to take your vehicle. BEWARE. The mechanics either don't know what they are doing or just don't care. Taking your complaint to the manager is like trying to get the inept mechanic to take of your problem. If you truly want your vehicle serviced and not get taken by high cost repairs you don't need or get DON'T use this place. more

Terrible Customer Service 8/10/2011

The worst customer service I have ever gotten. \r Unless you ""appear"" to have a lot of money, dont expect to get any help. \r I even gave Airport Ford a second chance after a bad initial experience and I completely regretted it. \r I would not reccomend Airport Ford to anyone for any reason. more
