Terrible terrible horrible no good crook! Ron the owner is poor excuse for a human being! Rips people off left and right! He doesn't pay employees he's rude crude and arrogant ! Best advice is to go else where!! It's a shame because I like to support local businesses and its people like him who ruin it! Operates with out business licenses ! more

Looked at and test drove a truck at Airport Auto Sales. The Salesman Ron was very rude and would only let me drive the truck 2 blocks about 3 minutes. He said the vehicle had 1 owner and was in excellent condition. When I called him to arrange another look at the truck he said ""don't come back unless you are going to buy the truck"". Carfax report on the truck, 3 owners. Airport Auto Sales is an excellent example of what not to do in business. more

Didn't get past the phone call the guy was so RUDE. When I read the other reviews about this guy being dishonest, yeah - it didn't surprise me a bit. You call - ready to spend your money there - and he treats you like you're a jerk. more

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. HE TOLD ME MILES INCLUDED IN RENTAL BUT PUT 49 CENTS PER MILE ON CONTRACT. COST DOUBLE WHAT HE SAID FOR A POS WITH BAD BRAKES. TOTALLY UNETHICAL PERSON!! 49 CENTS A MILE IS ABOUT $200 CHARGE FOR EACH TANK OF GAS I BURNED IN JUKY (104,000 MILE BEATER). SIMPLY A SCAM ARTIST. HE CAN SAY IT WAS IN THE CONTRACT BUT IT IS NOT WHAT HE SAID AND A $200 CHARGE PER TANK OF GAS NO ONE WOULD EVER KNOWINGLY AGREE TO. SHAME ON YOU more

Called Feb 11, 2011, evening. Asked if they had a certain model of car. The salesman suggested another similiar model. I simply said, 'no thanks' and was cursed and hung up on. He 'dropped the f-bomb' on me.\r After a moment of surprise, I did get a laugh out of this. more

Rented a pop up camper for $70.00 a day from Ron Matyas who owns airport auto (610-837-7300) Told us it was bigger than it really was which we did not find out until we got to our campsite. He did not have it open when we picked it up and when my wife asked him if we could see it open he said no.\r Water did not work and when we called him from our campsite he acted clueless about it. Could not use the awning because the right poles where not there. The seams leaked around the beds. Had to blow dry it one night because it rained. The front door latch was broken so we could not lock it. Dining table leg was broke. I could go on and on.\r Wrote him a long letter after we returned from our trip asking for compensation. Waited a few weeks and he never responded then I called him and yes he was very arrogant and said he had to get back to me which he never did. He is your typical arrogant sales car man although I'm sure there are some good ones out there. I would never rent or buy from him. All I can say is Buyer/Renter beware! Then I remebered his number when my daughter got into an accident. Not only did he not charge me for towing her car to the shop but he did it on a holiday!!!!!! I went looking for a vehicle and instead got a ticked off salesman taking his anger out on me. He was upset at some flea market going on next to him. He was constantly yelling at me like ""Don't drive in my grass!"" and ""If your not ready to buy a car today, then get out of here! I don't want your business!"". Within 2 minutes, I had enough of this guy. But I lost it when he tried to prevent me from turning around in his parking lot to get out. He wanted me to back out onto Airport road which was very busy at this time (10am-12pm). I let him know at this time to stop taking his anger out on me, or his worries are going to be more than that flea market. I turned around and got out of there.\r \r I wish I got the name of that guy. But I can tell u this, he was middle age, dark hair (probably colored), white, around 5' 9"", had a belly on him, looked to weigh around 200lbs, and looked Italian. This was Sat morning on May 3.\r \r STAY AWAY from this place! This guy has an attitude that he likes to take out on others. He's a bully!
