AirFlow Service has been fantastic. They actually listen to their customers. If anything doesn't pan out they stand behind their work. Our house is very dry, and we have used Honeywell equipment. I like their thermostats, but not any of their equipment.
AirFlow has installed three Honeywell systems, and all three have leaked. They have been fixing them, and are going to install a new type of system, all for free. They stand behind their work 100% with no ifs ands or buts. They take full responsibility, even though it is the equipment that is faulty.
We are very happy with them. When we call them they give a two hour window for when their technician will arrive. If for some reason the technician will be late, they will always call. If I am not going to be at home I will tell them where I hid the key. I have absolute trust in this company.
There was an older guy who I felt was getting ripped of by his HVAC company, so I told him about AirFlow. He raves about them now. They fixed his problem for next to nothing. I haven't heard a single negative thing from any of the people I know who use them.
They come on time, they clean up when they are done, and they know what they are doing. If a technician is having a hard time with something, the owner will come out himself to help them. The prices are very reasonable. I know with the tough times many people are cutting out their maintenance agreements, but with AirFlow that is a mistake. Their service package will save you a lot of money.
