HORRIBLE! The receptionists are very rude. They sound like college kids. If you're going to put me on hold, then ask and say please and tell my why. Don't say ""yea hold on"" click. And then let me hang for 10 minutes. Every time I was on hold, I was on hold for at least 8 minutes. I had asked if she could let me know why she is putting me on hold (so I'm not left in the unknown). She responded with some teenager remark ""uh yea, whatever"" and then hung up on me! The manager is always unavailable, too. I called about my stove top. It's been a month and it's still not fixed. Always waiting for a part. The first time the repairman was out, he didn't find everything that was wrong. So he's had to come back out multiple times.
RUDE people in the office. INEFFICIENT repairman.
