After moving in into a new house I had to have a Kitchen Aid designer commercial style island mount canopy exhaust hood installed into the hood before affixing it. Above and beyond professional. Responsive, reliable, efficient, honest, well spoken, bi-lingual, polite, clean and knowledgeable are a few of the words I would use to describe my experience with this company. I had previously tried to have three other companies come out and give me an estimate for what it would cost to fix my Sub Zero refrigerator. One company never bothered to call or show up, the second was extremely inconsiderate because they wasted my entire day having been scheduled at 9 then continually rescheduling throughout the day, the third over gave me an outrageous estimate of over $1500.00. When I called Airflow Appliance Repair it was at the end of the day and the technician (Bob) was still able to make it out and give me an estimate with only about an hour notice. While other companies were trying to tell me I needed a slew of new parts that would take hours to install, Bob quickly diagnosed that it was a simple repair that would cost under $400.00. He scheduled the repair at noon the very next day and was right on time. He finished the repair in under an hour. It was very refreshing to find someone that actually does business the right way for a change. I will most definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors, and would certainly use him again. more
