Wonderful 3/24/2014

Aire Serv Heating & Air is excellent. They're very professional, punctual, and helpful. I've been using them for about four years and am pretty pleased with the service. I initially hired them to fix my air conditioner and later decided to go with their service plan to have them come out and do routine maintenance on my central heating and air system every six months. They do a phenomenal job just checking on it and letting me know if there's anything that needs attention. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Saved us from the cold! 2/21/2014

Our heater went out the day before Christmas Eve and Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning came out that Christmas Eve to put a new heater in. Later on, we also had them switch out our A/C. We were very pleased. We even had an excellent person out here in Wimberley but the day we called, he was gone but Aire Serv is open 24/7 so we used them. Jerry Bell more

Very professional and knowledgeable of the equipment they use 1/15/2014

I've been using Aire Serv Heating & Air for about seven years. They added ducts to the A/C in my sun room, done all my maintenance work for heating and air and anything I've had an issue with my A/C or heating unit, they've been here in a day or half a day. The woman who contacts me is so professional. She calls me every six months for the maintenance service to as me what a good day would be for me. They do a great job and their prices are very reasonable. more

Very pleased with the experience. 12/5/2012

We had the "winter check" done, so they came and cleaned and checked our air conditioning and heating units. They found some things that were about to break and repaired them, and gave my husband some tips if something happens again. Their service man was helpful and wonderful. I actually called after he left and spoke with someone at their office to tell them we were very pleased. more

ONE FATAL FLAW 8/8/2011

I PURCHASED A NEW HEATING SYSTEM IN APRIL OF 2010 AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH AIRE SERV'S PRODUCT, PRICE AND EFFICIENCY. HOWEVER, I HAVE CONTACTED THEM THREE TIMES (AT 6-MONTH INTERVALS) TO CORRECT - AT MY EXPENSE IF NECESSARY - AN AIRFLOW PROBLEM RELATED TO THE NEW SYSTEM. TO DATE, I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME. more

Air Serv hasalways provides outstanding service in an extremely timely manner. 4/23/2011

I have used Air Serve for over 5 years and have always had an extremely positive experience. What makes Air Serve standout from other AC/Heating companies is that they never try to upsell you for a new unit or component parts. Other companies always seem to send a sales type along with the service technician to convince you that you need something (which never seems to be under warranty-which is not true. Air Serve will make recommendation s about enhancements that have come out but never pushes them on you. I have recommended Air Serve to a number of friends and they, too, have always been satisfied. have more
