My dealings with company are mixed. I found everyone I dealt with from this company in updating my heat pump system great and wonderful. Then, it was all spoiled by a rude, arrogant, intimindating man on the phone named Earl. If this was my firm I'd fire this guy. He has no business dealing with any customer on the phone. I called to ask a simple question and ended up with a terrible phone experience and was rudely shouted at and called ignorant by this Earl person. more
