I've only worked with Aire Serv of Mid Missouri once, and, to be honest, it was a rather frustrating experience. The technician who showed up fixed what he was supposed to fix, but he was rather unprofessional and definitely unprepared. His tablet, apparently, had died, and he said he'd email me the receipt for the job, after getting to the office, but he never did. I've called, twice, as well, requesting a receipt for the repair (for warranty purposes) and have still not received a receipt! It's not at all an extravagant request, honestly, and I'm frustrated that it's even become an issue.
