They don't even deserve 1 star!!!! I hired them to clean my vent but then I was told that I had mold and had to purchase their expense sanitizing service w/ 3 year contract and was assured that they only use organic products. Long story short, I don't have mold and the "green product" they used is not organic!! Called the company that makes and they confirmed. I wish I checked their reviews and BBB standing, D- before I hired them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke!!!!!!!!!!! more

I 've never received such a bad, unprofessional, deceiving service from any company. I just wish, I have read all the horrible reviews about these people!! Firstable, they showed up 2 hours late outside of the time frame, then the work was done in less than 30 min. by one of the tech, the other one all he did is tried to pursue to get 6times more expensive extra services. If you refuse it, he assaults you, like saying " you don't like cleaning" or " because of the money you don't want it" and " you were at home anyway, so what" when I complained about them being late. Not to mention, that all their "work" was done with SHOP VAC, plus there is NO deodorizing in the work, they promised.!!! I HAVE NEVER received such an obnoxious, disrespectful behavior from anyone, not a "business" who I pay for almost $100..!!!!! Its might be ok in Russia, where he is from, but NOT in the USA. Please learn from us, who learnt the lesson in an unfortunate way. SATAY AWAY FROM AIRDUCTOR SOLUTIONS!!!! more

This company comes out and tells you that there is mold in your house.If you have a coupon forget about it they pressure you into doing additional work and your bill could total $1000 .Dishonest and they don't even use there right equipment.They spend more time trying to force stuff on you then they spend cleaning. I felt like a victim in my own home. more

The sanitizing solution package is just deodorizing powder and why did I think I needed to sanitize my vents anyway other than the high pressure salesman telling me I had bacteria and mold in my vent furnace system. They used a shop vac! Not common practice! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and thank goodness I was able to stop payment on my $350.00 check! Also, spoke with the police who labeled this contractor fraud!!! Stay away from these people! more

This company has such a tremendously bad reputation for poor service, ripping off their customers and telemarketing scams (phishing). They need to be investigated! more
