We ordered an AF-350 cooler on 05/16/2009. Shopping, selecting, and ordering the unit took about an hour. (This cooler was then, and is still now, rated 5 stars on the website, even though it’s quality problems are serious and obvious.)
We assembled and set up the unit. Half an hour.
It dripped water all over our living room floor. Cleanup took about an hour.
We corresponded with Air & Water and arranged for a warranty exchange. One hour.
Air & Water tried to bill us for shipping a replacement, necessitating further correspondence; half an hour.
We packaged the defective unit and took it to Fed Ex. One hour.
The replacement unit was shipped to us on 07/03/2009.

Terrible products and surly, unhelpful service. Stay away.
