They came out on a 100+ degree day because my AC wasn't working. They found a leak, filled it with freon and got me working really quickly. They have been servicing Houston for years and after seeing them around town, I thought I'd try someone reputable instead of my friend's brother-in-law's friend's cousin. It worked out and my system is working and I decided to try their maintenance program too. It doesn't get any better than that! more

This company is as awesome as it gets. After calling another company to fix my A/C who gave me the typical ""Your Compressor is out, and it will cost $1650.00"" and temporarily fixed it, my A/C failed again for 2 more days, and after calling over 30 companies in 2 days for emergency Air Conditioning repair, Air Tech was the only ones that took the time to come out and fix my Air Conditioner. Not only did they fix my Air Conditioner (which turned out to be bad capacitors and dirty coils) but the Technician BILLY JR, had a great attitude, and great customer service. Not only that, but, what originally would have been $289.00 for coming out in the middle of the night and another $300 or so for, replacing 2 capacitors, cleaning the coils, adding freon and doing an inspection etc, he cut me a break at $89.00, which is not something that typical air conditioner companies do, trust me. I believe he went above and beyond what was expected of him, and my family and I are really appreciative of him and his company. He has our loyalty for the rest of the time we are living in this area. We are so glad to have called Air Tech, his magnet is on our fridge and we will call again if another problem arises, or we need an inspection. Thank you so much Billy and Air Tech. more

Air Tech of Houston recently came out and replaced one of my coils in my air conditioner. The house cools great now and the service was fast and easy. They showed up at their scheduled appointment time and left the work area clean and free of debris. I appreciate the booties the tech put on his shoes so my floor was kept spotless as well. more

My AC suddenly and without warning stopped working and started to emit a funny smell. Air Tech came out and installed a new air conditioning system in my home after an inspection of the previous one revealed extensive damage. We got three bids initially and Air Tech was not the cheapest but they were competitive. They came across as honest and professional so we chose them to do the work. Everything was done satisfactorily. Spending a few extra dollars for peace of mind is worth it in my book. more

They arrived as scheduled and were very professional. They completed the check as requested. No surprise charges, quick and easy service. more

I never stepped a foot out of my house to get my credit line approved. Air Tech was finished later the same day and the operation was over and a success.
