Air Rescue came again. Confirmed appointment, arrived on time. Michael was good. Didn't try to sell us anything this time -- but did need replacement of the compressor where a snake had committed hari kiri! more

I have the Silver Membership and always get good service when our Preventative Maintenance is due. Kenny did a great job, explaining his findings and offering suggestions to increase the longevity of the equipment. I recommend Air Rescue to keep your equipment up and running with no surprises. Job Number: 532143 Have been a customer for years and have never had an issue until this service. The ONLY reason that I rated a 3 was that our technician, Nathan (NBG) was the perfect ambassador for the AirRescue after customer service & dispatch worked so hard to turn the company into a 3rd rate operation. more

GREAT Company. We returned from vacation and our house was 86*. The technician, Travis, was amazing. He explained every step to us and showed us what needed to be repaired. Within a few hours our house was comforatable again. He also explained their membership program which we enrolled in ASAP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone with an older system and/or AC/Heat issues!!! Thanks Air Rescue. Invoice #529020 more

Customer service got me scheduled for 6/2/2012

Customer service got me scheduled for my AC repair the very next day. The technician was professional and courteous. I do feel their labor costs are a bit high, but we were very satisfied with the level of service and quality of the job! Job #400601 more

Excellent Service 5/20/2012

Our air conditioning unit went out. Joe Horstman came out quickly and identified out problem. The unit had been giving problems for past year. We elected to replace the unit. Two technicians came out David and his assistant. They worked non-stop to replace our unit. The work was excellent and both technicians were very courteous and friendly. They worked non-stop and did not even take a lunch break. The guys did a great job, cleanup was immaculate. The new unit is working perfectly. more
