Amazing Service 4/30/2014

I have nothing negative to say about your team. From the very beginning Jessy was courteous, pleasant and extremely professional. (A+) Then Chris came by and told us that we needed to replace the entire unit. He was honest, straight to the point, and again, very professional.(A+) The installers Raz and Bernard were also great. They went out of their way to insure the mess was minimal, and they explained everything to me about the new system. In the end, they cleaned up so well that my mother jokingly asked if they would clean the whole unit. Raz and Bernard also get an (A+) Usually service in Miami is horrible. I was so shocked. I couldn't believe how amazing your people were. more

In 2008 we had AIR on DEMAND from Miami, redo are air conditioning installation with a special service they called: COMFORT CLUB MAINTENANCE " and it was the best thing we ever did for this old house. Every 6 months,at first it was Billy,and then now Chris is the person doing our maintenance. This gentleman is the greatest, he is always punctual, pleasant, and does a great job maintaining our 2 systems in great working condition. We recommended Air on Demand to several of our friends ,and all are very happy with this Company, who in fact was recommended to us by a friend also very happy with them. I think it is a best choice for any one who needs,new air installation, repairs or maintenance, all great and pleasant employes. more

Air On Demand won't disappoint 3/28/2014

Air on Demand installed and has been servicing my system for the last 10 years. I have been impressed with their quality work, and customer service. The come when they're scheduled, they call to confirm the appointment, the service people are respectful and friendly. I really feel like they are looking out for my best interest, instead of their pocket book. For example, I had an issue one hot Sunday afternoon in August. The AC was running, but not cooling the house. I called @ 3:00 pm and by 3:45 the technician was there, and the part was replaced and the house cooling off by 4. No charge. Why? Cause I had service agreement with them. I just wish all the companies I deal with were as professional and customer service oriented as Air On Demand. Don't think twice about using their services or buying their products. more

service technician 3/17/2014

Just had our unit serviced by William. Found him to be extremely helpful. We had a problem with our water heater and after he had taken care of the air-conditioning unit he helped me by adjusting the thermostat on the heater.. You do not find that kind of service and consideration very often these days! He is very pleasant, careful when moving around the house and I have to give him top rating, you can send him here anytime!!! more

I called this morning because the ac was out. They send the repairman within an hour of calling them. William was fast, very polite, and very presentable. He did a great job. This is why I always use Air On Demand and will continue to do so. more

Best AC Service in town! 1/20/2014

I purchased a central ac unit from this company and I have not been disappointed. They have been on time, their service is great and they have excellent follow-up. There were no issues with the price, installation, and now twice a year maintenance. Each time I am more impressed. Today, Raymond R. came to do routine maintenance, he was on time, cleaned up after himself and kept me informed about my ac unit. When it is time to get a new ac, I will not hesitate to call this company. Very professional! more
