We had the opportunity to work with Air Masters Heating and Air Conditioning regarding duct work cleaning of our fellow employees home. My co-worker had a premature baby and the Dr. would not let the baby come home until the duct work had be cleaned. My fellow co-worker did not have the available funds to pay for the duct cleaning. My fellow co-workers and I were going to try to get donations, however we received a call from Air Masters and they said they would cover the whole expense for my co-worker. It is rare to find this kind of business ethic in todays world so I would like to commennd Air Masters for their thoughtfulness! Pros: null Cons: null more

Excellent service and Professionalism 3/8/2011

First of all, the emergency service they offer is undeniably the best that can be offered. Having your furnace breakdown in the middle of a winter storm is definitely not fun but they waste no time getting you electric space heaters to make sure your comfort level is satisfactory until the job is done! more

I'm glad I found Air Masters 3/1/2011

I have had a great experience with Air Masters Heating. They were helpful, never pushy and had good ideas for my new Trane furnace and A/C install. They were on time, worked hard, showed concern and was very professional.\r This is not seen much today, but they took time to answer my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with them and my new system. My remodel included new ductwork and they passed with flying colors from the city inspector.\r I would recommend them and use them again. more

Professional Emergency Service 2/28/2011

We were without heat and Air Masters came over at 7PM and gave us an estimate and left us with space heaters. They installed the new furnace the next day. We could not have found a more knowledgeable, courteous and efficient Heating and A/C contractor. The city inspector checked everything and said it was installed per code. They even did all the paperwork for our rebates, so we didn't have any worries at all. more
