Do not expect a return call if there are issues with their service. My motor stopped working. They were very attentive in responding and repairing the furnace. The furnace now makes a huge thumping sound as it turns off when it reaches its temperature. I have called 5 times in two weeks with no return call. Shawn the technician even extended an invitation for a date. Not knowing that is part of their game to obtain business. He is not that cute, I want my furnace fixed or legal action will be pursued. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 5/27/2009

We had a furnace go out, and these guys scammed both us and our insurance company. The new furnace they installed failed within 1 year. They will not return phone calls (unless you pretend like you are a new customer). Check out the Better Business rating... ""F"" Cons: Scam artists, will not honor warranty, bad product more
