Air Fast Heating & Cooling

I had to use this company because I carry a warrenty from Columbia Gas. The repair man came out and said the relays were bad, not checking anything else. He came back and replaced the relays and the problem continue yet by the first artic vortex was over. Now with it getting cold I called the company owner Alex to have it fixed again. He had me call Columbia gas again to create new work order and another deductible for them. I was very upset. I called Columbia gas and they said they would send them back again. Yesterday while I was working someone from there called and said they were at my door not answering. I explained I had a job and they would have to come back when I was off. today I got a call they would be there between 9-1 no show until a call at 12:45 THE WERE ON THE WAY. I TOLD THEM NOT TO BOTHER THAT THEY WERE FIRED. I HAD ALREADY CALLED Columbia GAS BACK AND WAS SENDING ANOPTHER COMPANY. They were here within an hour. and found there was a gas pressure of .6 to my furnace which they showed me on schematics it should be 3.5. Airfast had lied ripping me and the gas company off. Never call this company for anything. more

Air Fast came to our Pickerington home to repair a heat pump that was not properly cooling our home. Their technician did not properly diagnose the problem and the problem persisted. Now the original issue with our heating and cooling system has progressed to the point that it cannot be repaired and our only option is replace the system. If a correct diagnosis had been given by the Air Fast technician in the beginning, the issue could have been resolved and not cost us so much in the end. more
