Excellent service 6/27/2011

Very professional, on time and excellent service. I complained about my unit upstairs. The tech arrived on time and was very professional. Nothing is wrong and they didn't let me pay anything. i was with their $270 dollar contract for heater and aircon combo. but the problem was my fault due to wrong thermostat setting, i had the time set when temp is already above 80degrees (late in the afternoon). The tech also teach me the most economical setting (75deg downstairs and 77 deg upstarts). This is a 2 story house. I would call them again and recommend to others. I am very satisfied with the service. This company cared for its customers. more

My experience with Air Design was great. The heat didn't work, and it was freezing outside, so I gave them a call, and they came that same day to fix it. I don't even know if the guy knew exactly what the problem was, but he got it working again. We signed up for a service contract and now they are going to come do a check twice a year. They were good, and I'm happy with the service. more

Air Design Heating & Cooling is a reliable and very good company. 2/28/2011

We always get the same serviceman, which makes it easy because he is familiar with our equipment. He is always on time and professional. He's also really friendly. The price is really reasonable too. I highly recommend their services. more

Excellent service 11/28/2008

While this was not an emergency, the company responded in a timely manner, made an appointment promptly and the service technician showed up on time with the proper parts. He showed me the problem and was efficient in solving said problem at a reasonable cost. I would definitely call them again. more
