My air conditioner went out and I have to say I wasn't a happy camper. I was hot and miserable. Even though I might have been a little stressed and very direct, the woman that answered the phone was considerate to my situation. I booked an appointment and expected to wait all day but to my surprise they came out about two hours after booking the call. The technician that came was clean, professional and courteous. My a/c was up and running in no time. Very impressed overall. more

Back to cold air in no time 9/12/2013

When my AC broke this July I called AC Concepts and they were quick! I cannot tell you how friendly the two guys were that showed up within hours of my call. They took about 2 hours to diagnose the problem, then pulled a part off their truck and fixed it on the spot. I was back to the cold air in no time more

Affordable and quick 8/1/2013

My air went out in the middle of last week and ACC’s van was to our house the same day I got in touch about the issue. He even worked around a work appointment I had! Our unit's broken motor was assessed, quoted, and replaced within two hours - what a relief to get cool air back so quickly in this Fresno summer. The total cost was extraordinarily reasonable - and far below what I'd read online that others typically pay for the replacement of a home A/C motor (and this one has a warranty!). more

Arctic cold if I want it to be 7/1/2013

We have been using AC Concepts for years and have always been happy. My office is now crisp and cold like the Arctic if I want it to be. Our AC unit works like a charm. more

Very reasonable 1/20/2013

They fixed my AC for a very reasonable price and I'm so glad it worked out. I was expecting to have to pay hundreds to get the job done but it was much less. Happy with both price and service! more

I have had no trouble with my AC unit for almost a decade then one day, nothing. I looked for a place to call and found them since they were close. They fixed my problem and performed some maintenance. Things are back to normal or better. I am glad I called the right place. more

I called this company last week for some repairs on my A/C unit. IT just never came on or did anything the last time I tried it. A kind professional came to give my unit a thorough inspection and quickly traced the problem down. I think the A/C plain works better than it did before. I am pretty happy with Air Conditioning Concepts. more

The building I work in is serviced by Air Conditioning Concepts. They are always courteous when in the building and they keep it just the right temperature. We are on a maintenance contract too, so we receive a break on service and get priority service as well. always professional when I see them in the office. more
