My air conditioner went out and I have to say I wasn't a happy camper. I was hot and miserable. Even though I might have been a little stressed and very direct, the woman that answered the phone was considerate to my situation. I booked an appointment and expected to wait all day but to my surprise they came out about two hours after booking the call. The technician that came was clean, professional and courteous. My a/c was up and running in no time. Very impressed overall. more

When my AC broke this July I called AC Concepts and they were quick! I cannot tell you how friendly the two guys were that showed up within hours of my call. They took about 2 hours to diagnose the problem, then pulled a part off their truck and fixed it on the spot. I was back to the cold air in no time more

I wanted you to know your tech saved me yesterday! I was out of town this past week and came home to no AC and my house at about 96 degrees. UGH. I called your office on and your staff plugged me in for 1st thing the next day. The tech came out on time, was very courteous, explained everything to me, and diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair. I also signed up for the maintenance plan. ACC are my heroes. more

My air went out in the middle of last week and ACC’s van was to our house the same day I got in touch about the issue. He even worked around a work appointment I had! Our unit's broken motor was assessed, quoted, and replaced within two hours - what a relief to get cool air back so quickly in this Fresno summer. The total cost was extraordinarily reasonable - and far below what I'd read online that others typically pay for the replacement of a home A/C motor (and this one has a warranty!). more

This is a great company to work with. I’m really glad their emergency 24 hour service rates are affordable. I thought I was going to get charged an arm and a leg when I called after hours this summer. They had the parts on hand and it was done right quick. Thanks ACC. more

When I called AC Concepts they gave me a very reasonable quote and so I made an appointment the same day. They showed up on time and the repair was a breeze (since they ordered everything they knew they would need ahead of time). Overall the service was excellent and the price was great! Definitely recommend. more

Their 24 hour service was a life saver. The system at my office went out a few weeks ago and they came out and fixed it on a Sunday night. Out of the several places we called, ACC was happy to do the work. I thought it would be more expensive than it was for the off hours, but it ended up being very reasonable. more

When they say 24 hour emergency services they really mean it. There was a problem with the AC at my work late on Sunday and we wanted it taken care of before we began our work week. We called a few places and ACC was happy to come out immediately. I thought the charges for coming out so late on a Sunday would have been high, but we all agreed it was a very fair price. more
