Rude, insulting, unprofessional. I had to deal with this company through my insurance company otherwise I would not even consider working with them after listening to the person answering the phone. I was insulted, hang up on and two weeks later these people are yet to fulfill the service call. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT do business with them unless you want to be extremely aggravated more

Unprofessional 10/1/2010

They were very unprofessional. The woman who answers the phone is rude. I had a 4 hour window. When they did not show up, I called and she basically said they will get there when they get there. more
