Great Service - Strongly Recommend 4/26/2012

These guys did a tremendous job replacing our HVAC system. It's surprising and refreshing to receive excellent customer service in this day in age. They were professional from top to bottom. More importantly, my quality of life has improved since installing a new system. I suffer from a chronic lung problem and have had pneumonia twice this winter. The pollution that has been removed from our home has been incredible. My breathing has improved dramatically. I strongly and whole-heartedly recommend this company if you're looking to replace your HVAC system. This endorsement is my own without renumeration. I just like their service and quality of work. I waited 2 months to write this post I could better experience the HVAC system. more

Best in Town!!!!!!! 3/14/2012

Dont walk , Run and call Air Assurance now!!!! This company is great!! The finished the job on time and left my home clean. Everyone and I do mean everyone from the Jim, the two man crew with a girl (which i was impressed to see) from the inspector were a joy to be around. I will never need to look for another air and heat company. Air Assurance is the only company I need. This company is a rare find!!!!! more

I whole heartedly recommend this company. We have used them several times and have never been disappointed. The dispatch operators are always kind and courteous. The technicians are always prompt and professional. The salespersons are always knowledgeable. They are not aggressive or pushy. They just provide good old fashioned (and seemingly long forgotten) customer service. more
