Took my LCD TV last Thursday, didn't get a call by Tuesday so I called them. It was $45 just to drop off the TV, and if you decided to have them fix it, they would apply that to the total bill (very fair). My diagnosis was unfixable, or at least would not be worth fixing due to the cost, so I decided to pick it up anyway. When I went to pick it up, they wanted another $25 because they told me the part I needed to fix it. Good people there, but they shouldn't try to squeeze every dime out of a customer.
Pros: good, honest people
Cons: cost, needed to call them for update
