DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! \r These guys are as shady as shady gets! \r I am active duty military and they knew it and that didn't even stop them overcharging for service and up charging me on parts by 105%. \r I have taken two of my vehicles to them, giving them two chances to do the right thing. \r Both times I walked away broke. Brake's and Rotors for $1200.00....\r Then spark plugs and coil's cost over $1050.00...\r Disgusted and angry I drove to NAPA Auto parts where Ahern’s purchases their parts. I requested a price on the Coil's that were installed in my car. The parts person came out and looked at the car and the parts and gave me a price on the coil's @ $40.99 each. Ahern's charged me $88.02 each x 8 of them... \r The parts person asked me what was going on and where I got the work done. \r I told the parts person at NAPA my issue and where the work was done. I was told to never go back to Ahern's, that they cater to rich people and overcharge on everything and their work sucks.\r \r Not only did I get over charged but I was not even informed that the parts from NAPA came with a 3 year warranty.\r \r I will never be going back and I recommend you do the same. I do not support thieves!\r more

Would rate this zero stars if I could. The main guy printed me out a sheet that said the 02 Downstream Sensor would cost $190, after he called napa and asked about parts. I look online and find it for $60, NAPA's online price was $104 and their in store price, also $104! Ahrens are crooks wihtout a doubt, I feel bad for people who have gotten their vehicles serviced here, watch out for these slimy bastards! more

Hi I took my car to this station for repair as I had once before. On the prior occassion I had used my CC with no problems. On this occassion when I went to get my vehicle after learning of a much higher bill and being told it still wasnt fixed that due to the fact I told them I was tired of being ripped off in Fl that I couldnt use my credit card and get my car. It was 7 pm. The same card they took before and there was no issue of it being good in ??What if I hadnt had the cash they never said that before they ran up my bill? I am disabled older woman who had to go home without my car then get to the bank in the am as well as they were going to refuse the money order I then brought.It turns out even my banker had had problems with this station (she was even called an idiot)and others mostly women have also. I can only assume they were afraid they wouldnt get paid if I had chosen to dispute with my CC company because they were wrong and knew it. BEWARE esp.the elderly and women!
