I had been using this drycleaner for the past few months because it's close to my house, but never again. I had let a couple things slide before, like missing buttons, but a delicate blouse recently came back with a hole in it, and when I brought it back in to ask for reimbursement, the Asian woman behind the counter accused me of making the hole and said she wouldn't reimburse my $100 blouse. She then told me she has other customers who get holes in their shirts and they bring the shirts to her to patch -- whatever that means. \r

It should also be noted that I've been bringing them over $100 worth of drycleaning every couple weeks for the past several months and planned on continuing this type of business for years, since we don't plan on moving out of the area any time soon. When I brought this to the woman's attention, she still refused to reimburse the shirt they damaged to keep a good customer. Wow and good-bye!!\r
