My husband, our friend and I ate at Agio last night for the first and last time. Our waitress was adorable, but we knew we were in trouble when she told us ""this was her 3rd week"" working there. After all the mess ups, our friend could have sworn she said ""3rd day""! If you are looking for healthy eating, there are only two options (as reflected by the menu itself!). Once you have ordered a salad (our waitress even got that wrong when I made a few changes), all other dishes are HEAVY on butter or cream, and sometimes both. After messing up my salad order and waiting ten minutes for the correct salad, the entrees arrived, but she apparently never put my order in (we did see her write it down). Attempting to get any assistance from management proved useless. My husband's meal was inedible, but by that time we were just too frustrated to try and make any changes. When the bill arrived we were surprised to see that no adjustments had been made. I asked our waitress ""wouldn't it be nice, given what happened, if we could have an adjustment on the bill?"" Happily, one was made, but I had to ask for it, even though management was aware of the problems we were having. I noticed the table next to ours was also having difficulties with the same waitress. As I looked around the room, other servers seemed quite professional, so I'm thinking we just had bad luck. However, it was quite a struggle to try and eat healthfully at this neighborhood Italian restaurant.
