I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They are knowledgeable and informative. My medical aesthetician, Diane, has done personal follow-up after my treatments and continues to provide recommendations that are best suited for me. She is genuinely concerned with addressing my needs and has never made me feel pressured to buy any product or service. Got laser hair removal here and it was much less painful than i expected. Staff was very educated and friendly. From what i hear, if the laser hurts extremely bad then its not the righ laser for your skin type. Not the case here. Pros: Rather painless more
