Our wedding was over an hour late because the bus that was supposed to pick up our guests from the hotel didn't show. They confused our order with someone else's, they said. It was thousands of dollars-worth of our wedding that was lost because of this.
I talked with ""Kofi"" who told me they would refund 1/2 our bill, which is $500 in ""90-120 days"" which came and went... without a single letter, or an email, a phone call, or nothing. After numerous emails and phone calls in which ""Kofi"" said he gave ""his boss"" my number, it's clear that nothing is going to come of this.
My wife and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau of New York and we will be contacting several news organizations about this, because it's clear (in the other review here) this has happened before. This company will not get away with this.
Needless to say, don't use this company, ever.
Cons: Very shady business practices, un-communicative, unreliable
