This is a WARNING not a recommendation! "" I thought Dr Farrah and her team were supportive and REAL! While all along Dr Farrah and Donna offered FAKE SUPPORT! After keeping the office abreast of extremely personal situations, BETH called me in for a consultation and informed me that my son's braces had to be removed OR pay 200$ a month for the next 9 months because he was past 2 years of treatment! This consultation lasted almost an hour with NO SIGNS of Dr Farrah! She was paid 4500$ for the braces!!! So much for understanding and REAL CONCERN!! The following week appointment, Dr. Farrah did not express concern or speak to my son (her patient) or myself! This office is ALL about making money..... I had to put one star to get review posted however earning NO stars just $$$$ sign$! more

He was treated like a young adult not a little kid (he's almost 11). Our first experience will make going back for well over a year pleasant! more

I am half way through my third child's treatment with Dr. Farrah and I don't remember EVER having to wait for my appointment. The staff is always very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Of all the health care offices I've ever been to, I can honestly say that Dr. Farrah's stands out as an outstanding provider who goes above and beyond what is expected from a health care provider. She genuinely cares about her patients and their comfort. The office is a well oiled machine and they have a lot of events throughout the year that make our visits interesting and make us feel appreciated. Dr. Farrah clearly understands the needs of her patients and the value of good customer service. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone! more

We were referred to Dr. Farrah by our dentist for our 8yr old daughter. We went to the office & were amazed at how kid friendly it was & how nice all the staff was. I have recommended friends to take their kids there as well. Fun atmosphere & everyone is fantastic with the kids & explaining every step of the work to be done. It is also very easy to get an appt & I have never waited more than 5min to be seen & they give you an estimate of how long each appt will be. They not only treat you great while in the office, they do all kinds of fun stuff with their patients. If you have any questions about finding a great Orthodontist just stop by the office of Dr. Farrah & you will see it is worth it. more

All the staff is awesome (hard to imagine with that many people working there). We had different ladies worked on our two girls; each one is just as friendly as the last. Dr. Farrah is the sweetest Orthodontist you can find. Dr. Evans is funny (always making kids and adults laugh) and he tells you like it is. They don't give you the run-around and offer the best treatments possible. more

You walk in and everyone is so pleasant they know you when you walk in the door. You go to the back and everyone knows you to they just make it a fun place to be! Dr Farrah is very nice and kind makes you always feel so special & Dr charles is kind and funny he is always cracking jokes with everyone.
