Afton Care Center is a Locally Owned & Operated 43 bed, skilled-nursing facility. Our resident rooms are spacious allowing our resdients to furnish their room with many personal belongings. Afton Care Center offers a full range of health care services both physical and emotional in a home-like atmosphere. We offer a variety of daily activites and encourage our residents to participate.
