I have been taking my son to this doctor for the past 5 years for minor issues - i.e. physical exam for sports. The only reason I continue to go here is because I am too lazy to find another doctor in the Bremerton area. This office is close to my home (5 miles) and they have my son's records. I always forget how the office wait is very long - I remember waiting a whole hour and then walking out of the office. They called me back later to say they could finally get us in, despite the fact that I made an appointment, it was not like I was a walk in patient. Awful! After reading the other reviews I remember how slow this office is but now I'm in a crunch as my son needs a physical NOW. more

Had a serious, life threatening condition. Dr. A said she would call with lab results next day. I waited and waited and called for several days talked to her extremely snotty nurse, finally she got on the phone told me I had a serious illness, duh! Then told me I could call around and find my own specialist and then call her back so she could fax my info to them. Well unbeknown to me you can not set up your own specialist she has too, after so many years of practice wouldn't she know that? More calling, went to pick up my paperwork( wasn't going back!) she put me in a room I told her all the docs had to have her fax and call them and I told her it would be a 4 month wait if she didn't tell them how bad my blood work was, her job. She told me well yes I may have to wait 4 months, even though my eyes and heart may have permanent damage. She left me in the room 45 mins and in the meantime her husband, I think? Came into the room and started asking me ques. And was very helpful, well lila came in and started yelling at him to get out b/c I was her patient. She then me she had already called the specialist several times and faxed over the info to him and that I should now go down there to his office to try to get my own appt. Drove over there and found out she had NEVER called or faxed the info, my friend called the receptionist and told her to send the info NOW. she finally did. So in a nutshell very poor doctor, very unprofessional, very rude. On a happier note I found a competent doctor who has some decency. more

Dr. Lila & Allen are wonderful ! I have only been with the office for a year, but they have absolutely NO PROBLEM getting you in when needed! They are quick to get you in, I have never waited more then 15 min, and this is a HUGE plus compared to other medical offices. They are friendly, and help you feel at ease. Great for followup care, and go that extra mile if needed. Being a Navy spouse, personalized care when you get transferred is hard to find. I am extremely happy I have found Dr. Lila Aflatooni's office! more

Dr. Lila and Alan are very good diagnosticians and if you're picking a doctor that is going to be with you for a long time they are the best in the area. They follow up on tests, call at home to check on how you're doing, really listen to what you're saying and keep track of it over the years. Being from another culture and going to med school here they also not only doing the regular medical treatment we're used to but they think about the whole person. I know they're popular and they spend a little more time on each patient than some docs, but its worth the wait especially if you're looking for a relationship that will last years and may be complicated. more

I'll agree that the office wait time is long (45min usually) and the waiting room smells of old gym socks (probably because of their close proximity to the physical therapy practice), but Dr. Aflatooni seems very knowledgable, patient, and understanding. I don't understand how someone could say "she is not a good doctor" and "has a god complex" without giving the reasons for such claims. My experiences with Dr. Aflatooni have never given me an indication of a "god complex". In fact, she seems quite humble. more

She is not a good doctor. The office wait is just awful- it took forever and I was just wanting to be seen for a sore throat. Her staff is rude and once you get into a room -they just leave you there for hours. Yes hours. I waited two. I wont do that ever again . She has a god complex . Just an awful experience. Seeing how there are so many good dr. to choose from - pass her up. more
