Affordable Roofing

Hey these guys gave me a 5 year warrenty on a flat roof and the roof only lasted 6 years. ^6 years later have to do a whole tear off due to the poor quality material Affordable used.\r \r Only use a 2 mil rubber film and they do not put on the required silver coating to protect the roof from the Sun.\r \r Almost like they deliberty use poor qulity material . The added cost for the good material is not that much more.\r \r Just had another roofer do the same job with the better quality material for teh sme price I paid these clowns who did the work 6 years ago. more

These guys arrived when they said they would, they finished in one day and it looks fantastic. They were also a lot less expensive then everyone else. We couldn't be happier. more

Eight months after having this business doing my roof, I started to have leaks. They gave me a 2 year warranty but I had to fight with them for two months to have them check the leak. After calling them everyday and after having to listen to the insults of the rude guy who answers the phone, Kenn, they came and fix it. Here I am six months later with five other different leaks and they do not want to come. ""Give me a couple of days"". ""I do not know when the inspector can go"". That's all I get from them. They tell you they came, and it is not true. They tell you they will come and they do not show up. What kind of quality is this if in less than 2 years I got 6 leaks in my house? Why are they hiding? Why they do not want to stand behind their work or their warranty? Why do they refuse to give customers information about the owner? I do not recommend them to anybody. more

Did the work at a competative price, but we ran into some problems a few months later with the roof leaking. After several calls and visiting the home office to talk with owner 3 times. He assurred us that they would fix the problem in a couple of days. Here it is 15 months later and they never came out to fix it. We now have interior damage to a ceiling and wall because of the leak. (we notified him of this also). They didnt stand behind their work or the 1 year warranty. I don't like giving bad reviews but I cannot recommend these guys to anyone. more
