I brought my dog here when she was very sick. It was a Wednesday and they had to run a lot of tests which cost over $400. Since they are closed on Thursday's and they were closed every Friday in July, they told me I had to wait until Monday for the results. When my dog got a lot worse 2 days later I called and the Housekeeper (who told me the next week she was the Manager), said they were closed and I would have to go to another vet and they could fax what they had (which I thought was the results of the xray which I had already). I had to go to another vet (Banning Vet Hospital which is great!) and had to pay another $200 for more tests (which they got back in 15 minutes) and they had to put her to sleep because she dying of lung cancer. When I called to complain about the waiting process they said they actually had the results on Thursday. Then why should someone wait 5 days to get the results for a very sick dog! It's horrible!!!
