On time and done right 1/17/2018

My first experience with hiring a plumber. I found this job to be above my skill level so to the phone book I went. I called Affordable Plumbing because I have seen their trucks in the community before. I was given a time frame and told I would receive a call about a half hour before their arrival. The met the time frame. The plumber looked at the situation and said he may have to cut thru dry wall to repair, but would try his best to avoid that. He did the job in a timely manner and there is no hole in the drywall to repair. No leaks either! I will use this company again if I have a need for their services. more

Customer service was prompt and very competent. Service people arrived ON TIME and were very friendly. Troy was my service guy, and I thoroughly appreciated his work as well as his friendly personality. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. more

Quick Response, Problem Solved 1/17/2018

Was able to promptly schedule an appointment to have a boiler tech come out to replace zone valve to get floor heat working again. Tech was polite, friendly, and professional, checked over whole system - arrived on time, job done right and finished in an hour. more

Showed up early and had our sewer line cleared in an hour. 1/16/2018

I was very satisfied with Affordable Plumbing and Heat. I called in the morning and they sent some one out the same day. The guy even called early and had our sewer line cleared with in an hour. They offered to come out again a few days later, no extra cost, but I was pleased with what they did the first time. more

Affordable Plumbing and Heat on my speed dial! 1/14/2018

Last week I had a problem with washing machine hoses leaking and had a plumbing problem with a toilet. I also was in need of a furnace inspection. I called Affordable Plumbing and Heat and they were able to schedule BOTH services on a day that was convenient for me. Dustin performed the furnace inspection and took great pains to explain all that he was doing in the inspection. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Troy took care of my plumbing issues and was able to get everything working perfectly. Troy is another knowledgeable and professional member of the Affordable Plumbing and Heat team. I have used AP&H numerous times. Plumbing and heating work is not inexpensive BUT, AP&H are reasonably priced for their services and I call them back every time I need this type of work done. One of the best things about them is that I can almost always get an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They are prompt and professional. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and Heat! more

Quality work, detailed explanations - very satisfied 1/4/2018

Called Affordable for a general plumbing check due to the age of our house/plumbing and some leaking faucets/angle stops. We ended up replacing our water heater, PVR, 25 angle stops, cracked laundry sink and faucets, shower cartridge and several other items. Our plumber, Billy Hull, explained each repair in detail, answered our questions and showed us the before/after. He took pride in his excellent work (county inspection agreed). Affordable offered high quality parts at competitive prices. We will call Billy Hull and Affordable Plumbing & Heating for future heating/plumbing issues and highly recommend them. more

Very good, with MINOR glitch 1/3/2018

The plumber arrived earlier than the 2 hour service window (excellent), did the job quickly and efficiently (excellent), and was done within 45 minutes. The only problem, albeit very minor, was that I did not receive the email invoice automatically. When I called the dispatcher several days later and inquired, she sent it immediately. I have it, printed out, in my files. Everything's fine. more
