Affordable Pc Services

I kept getting virus warnings popping up on my computer screen. It was getting really aggravating. Finally I took it to affordable pc services and asked them what could be going on. They told me they would take a look and discovered multiple viruses! I took it in before I went to work around 9:30am and got it back before 5pm! Now I don't get those annoying messages and my computer runs smooth again. I will be returning if I need anything else. Thanks! more

I recently bought a new laptop and was worried I couldn't have my old music transferred from an iTunes account to the new computer. I went into the store asking about what could be done and I was immediately relieved to find out it was possible to move my music and even other data too! The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. It was great that they could calm my worries and handle my situation. I was really relieved and happy with my service here and I will be back! more

I was referred to Affordable Pc Services from a business that use them for all their IT needs. Having little to no pc knowledge i was curious to stop in. I stopped in the next afternoon, i had an error that kept popping up when i screen would come on. Jeff at the counter greeted me when i walked in, and was REALLY patient with me as i asked a TON of questions about the computer. He offered me a tutorial on the basics of my computer, and also broke down the computer terms into " English". Most of the time when i talk to computer people they always talk above my head and then get frustrated when i dont grasp what they are talking about. He was great. I would recommend them to anyone and even my own family! Thank you for being very patient and wanting to help! more

I chose Affordable PC Services based on an outstanding recommendation. My laptop was crashing intermittently (once an hour) and even though I am somewhat technically savvy I was unable to solve the problem myself. After lots of effort and research I decided to call in the professionals. The laptop was fixed within a day and William called to let me know it was completed. Thoroughly pleased with the service offered to me upon bringing my laptop to them for servicing. Although it was a minor virus removal, the techs were exceedingly knowledgeable and well-versed in their field. I personally interacted with a tech by the name of Jeff, who's assayed my concerns with a calm assurance that only comes with experience. I had my pc back within the day and could not be more pleased with the experience. I had discovered Affordable PC through a few acquaintances of mine who highly recommended them, I now proceed to join them in recommending this service center to others. more

Thanks so much...you guys were so helpful. I am not a pc expert, but you listened and helped me. I was nervous that i had lost my data and i was panicking, but you were somehow able to bring it back. I have learned a lot from talking with you, and anytime I have a question about my computer, I will call you first. As a senior citizen, I want to thank you all for listening when it was difficult for me to even describe the problem. I had called 2 other places, but they did not have time for an old lady like me. The lady who answers your phone should get a big raise for being so wonderful! She listened to me talk about how my friend said I had a virus on my computer, etc and she was so kind! I would seek a larger company with a better reputation. This is a very small, one full-time employee, company who didn't deliver what was promised and over-charged for services to make up what they lack in size and ethics. Pros: other pc companies are out there Cons: ever walking through the door! more
