I had this system put in last year and they were recommended by Service Pro, the work was really bad it was put in half a## and when called about the problems I was told it my guys they are new or didn?t know how to do it. And he calls you and tells you he will be there first thing in the morning do not hold your breath. and if you want any warranty work done good luck on that you might get it done after he done with his half a## new installs. Please don?t get took like us!! And don?t believe what service magic reviews say I was called by service magic rep. and was ask why the bad review and i told them.They are removing him from their list. My sprinkler system I had installed last fall by this company is a complete disaster, my lines were cut instead of pumped out for my so called ""winterization"" and I am spending a couple thousand dollars as we speak to have another company fix this system correctly. I can't get a return call from them, and my mail requests have been sent back due to a false address I was given. We have made several attempts to have someone come out and repair our irrigation system that was installed last year. I talked to Amanda, one of the owners in April and was told that the problem would be fixed and our rain gage installed which was part of our contract and never installed. We have 5 sprinkler heads along our back fence with exposed piping because they were not buried deep enough. I have had one child trip over these pipes and get hurt already. My original call in April to Affordable was just to have them turn our system on. I was told by Amanda, that they would be done with all of their start-ups before May 1st. When they had not shown or called by the second week of May and numerous phone calls, I hired another service turn the system on for me. To my surprise I found out when Affordable closed down the system last fall, they just cut the pipe in half to clean out the water and left it that way. The rain gage was part of our original contract last summer and Amanda told me that there had been a recall on this item last year and that was why mine had not been installed. During this same call in April, I was assured by Amanda that this would be taken care of before May 1st as well. Service issues were a nightmare throughout the entire dealings with this company. I was told it would take 1 wk to install the system last summer and it took over a month. They would promise they would be out to do work and then not show up for days. We would get some excuse why they didn?t show only after we called them. I was told by the company that I hired to turn on the system this spring that the entire system they installed is a mess and installed incorrectly. Save yourself the headache and don?t use this company for any services!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: The entire process. more
