Poor Service 7/8/2020

11 minutes ago- I wish I could give 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Dealing with Affordable has been a nightmare. Unfortunately, they were used by our contractor to install our a/c, water heater etc. Our vent system has been leaking carbon monoxide from not installing correctly. We called them to fix this because this is under our warranty with them. They don’t return phone calls and have not sent anyone out to deal with a carbon monoxide leak. Totally unprofessional, unqualified and do not care about safety. Do not use them!!! more

Horrible Installation and after the sale service 10/15/2015

guy that did the bid lied. Project manager did not listen to the homeowner about how the installation had to be. took forever to finish the job. installers do not seem to know common construction methods. product failed soon after installation. would not recommend to anyone. more

Service 6/7/2013

We put almost no money over the years into our 20 year Amana furnace and AC that we purchased and had installed when we bought our current home. I am hoping for an equally uneventful ownership experience with our new Lennox system. We are pleased with the steady, quiet temperature controlled environment the PLS98 combined with the icomfort thermostat provides. (We have not used the AC yet.) We also hope that if a warranty situation does arise, that Lennox stands firmly behind their equipment. Affordable Heating and Cooling does a great job, represents Lennox in a highly professional manner, and are to be commended. Last, but not least it feels good to put equipment made by Iowans into our home. I have also taken the time to elaborate upon the above points and post a glowing review on Angie's List. more
