He "repaired" my ac. I left home and when I returned it was even hotter. He returned offered no apology but quoted $350 to replace fan motor or $4500-5800 for system replacement. He said he would find parts and call next morning. I called another company for price comparison. Artic Air came out, had my home cool in no time and charged about 1/3 less to replace fan motor and stated unit did not need replacing. Good thing since craig NEVER called. Craig hicks is a liar, thief, and a fraud. Do not support his business. I rated 1 star because I had to but he doesn't deserve that more

Was here an hour after I called (wasn't a guarantee - but I called at the right time). Filled one unit with R-22 and topped off the other at a price that was the cheapest I could find anywhere. The nest-cheapest company couldn't be at my house until Thursday (today is Monday). more

I would not recommend craig for any services on any unit. He came out late one night to fix our unit because we were not getting cool air. After Pressing the reset button, he processed to tell us we would need to keep pressing the red button there was nothing he could do. We would also need an entire new unit. With the unit being only 6 years old I didnt feel that was accurate. After writting him a check for an rediculous amount for him pressing a button, I got a second opinion. The professional that came out proceeded to inform us that not only was he incorrect in his diagnosis, but he doesn't infact understand how as a technition he could not diagnose a problem of our unit containing to much frion and overpressuring the unit. A simple problem such as that was an EASY fix, and cost us $70.00 for a professional to come out diagnose and fix our unit, something craig hicks the owner of this company failed to do. He wanted to sell us a new unit and after paying him what we did its disapointing he couldnt even fix out unit and let some of the frion out so it would work without causing us problems. Either way, he was either lazy and didnt want to find out the problem, or two just wanted to sell us a new $5,000 unit, either way he is incompetant and a disapointment to us. We will never you Afforadable Air Conditioning and Heating again! more
