Affordable Bridal

I will never understand why people who work retail will let their customers walk in without being greeted, or even acknowledged. I have to say, I am disgusted with this companies practices. They call themselves ""affordable"", but if you shop around they have the exact same prices as most other bridal stores. They pretend to ""lower"" the price from the ""original"" price, and act like you are getting a great deal. The gown in particular I was looking for was listed as $2,200 in their store and brought down to $1,200. Well, I went to other boutiques and found my gown for $1,199, which is the MSRP I got from the company. This place is so dishonest, it makes me sick. Shame on you, Affordable Bridal! Brides, don't be fooled, you are not getting the amazing deal you think you are. Do yourself a favour and shop around before buying from this place. more

Well, first off I want to say that I came here on referral. The staff was sooo awesome. I went without an appointment and it seemed like their phone never stopped ringing. Still,they made me first priority as well as the other brides. It was a no pressure atmosphere and I fell in love with my Maggie Sottero gown. When I went to pay for it, they asked if I wanted to pay for it all OR if I wanted to do a payment arrangement. I just about FELL out on the floor. People are actually still down to earth enough to offer this type of service. WOW!! I had a wonderful experience here and I would recommend this bridal shop to any and everyone. It is well worth the drive. I even ordered my bridesmaids gown here too and they offered $10 off to every single girl. Every little bit makes a huge difference! Also, if you purchase a sample they offer a 10% off the price as well. more

I would have to agree with saradara that posted below, that this store was excellent, even though they were slammed busy when we came in. I tried on millions of wedding gowns, and the girls kept pulling more until I found the perfect dress! When we first came in, they were so busy that we just started looking by ourselves, and the sales consultant came by to explain how things were arranged. We just jumped right in and started pulling dresses and trying on! The girls helped pull dresses and helped me get into them, but they did not act fake and snobby like a lot of the other stores I went to. Everyone is really laid back and relaxed, which was refreshing after some of the places I went to. I did not make my decision that day because I wanted to sleep on it, and the girls wrote down the numbers for me and did not push me into trying to make a decision! Everyone here was very helpful, and they had a huge selection, with great prices! I'm glad my friend told me to check them out! more

First of all I DID buy my dress here! I thought this store had a large selection, things were organized and very calm inside the store. While we were there I saw 4 employees and 2 other brides, so they were busy, but we still received great service. After speaking with the manager she told us how the dresses were arranged and asked us to go look and pick out 6-8 of our favorites to begin with and a consultant would be by shortly to help. Once we dove in and started pulling dresses we could barely take one off the rack before our consultant (Irene) was there to take it to the fitting room. Once we picked out the dresses and starting trying on they were very flexible, they let my MOH help me with dressing as needed, and they allowed us to take pictures of our favorites. While i was trying on my initial picks my aunt was out pulling even MORE dresses to try on, and not once did the staff act like this was a problem. In fact after I had tried on all of my choices I ended up purchasing the dress my Aunt pulled! They had a large selection of veils and accessories on hand to help you get the look you wanted. This was a very low pressure environment, calm and friendly (both the employees and other brides) We actually left to go to another appointment and they didn't act rude or hurt or treat us any less warmly. All in all my experience here was wonderful, much better than I received at Demetrios or Bride Beautiful. I have noticed that people are commenting on the consultants lack of professionalism and I have to agree. However, I feel that some of the ""professionalism"" that is expected of bridal consultants is just them being FAKE, when weddings are your job you can't possibly be so excited about every single one, not so much that you just gush over the bride to be and are as giddy as her best friend. Personally I'm skeptical of consultants who kiss up too much. Irene was quiet, but pleasant and nice and she got the job done in an effective and unobtrusive way. I am very confident about the dress I ordered, i was measured 2 times, by 2 individuals and then they pulled out the designers sizing guide to be sure we got everything right. I feel like this boutique had lovely products and staff and is well worth a visit if you are on a budget. more

We were greeted by the staff but the owner approached us as if we were just playing around and not there for a real reason. Then when I told the owner what I was doing I didn't get a great facial expression which obviously made me want to walk out the door. I dont want to give this owner my business if she doesn't want my business. It's sad that I can't refer any of my brides to support local business. I will just take my brides to the real professionals in Atlanta. You might be afforable but your non-verbal skills are priceless. Cons: service more
