I have purchased multiple cars through Affordable Auto & have had nothing but awesome experiences. A couple of times some tough times hit & we contacted Tracy the owner to explain & he was more than understanding & willing to work with us. Theres no pressure & no sales ""gimmick"" from them that you get with other places. \r \r I love the fact that the owner of the company gets ""involved"" in every transaction & is upfront & honest with you from the get go & there is always a firm handshake at the end to say thanks for your business. I don't know how bad your credit was on the bad post, but I have very bad credit and they helped me! was great to do business with and the owner was awesome! You cant finance everybody,but they do most! so the guy with tghe bad review you might just be a dead beat to the max! so give all your stuff back to rent a center and get you a car! weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! more

After a little credit ""black eye"" I was referred to Affordable Auto by my neighbor. The salesman greeted me just outside the door. I did not feel attacked or ignored. I told him my price range and explanind i had a little credit issue. We found two car options i was happy with. Once i made my decision, i went into the owners office where i found him very warm and friendly. We discussed my options and i was able to get in the car i wanted. I was one happy customer! I have referred several people to them and they were happy too. I will definately buy my next car from them. more

talked to these folks on monday about getting a truck said no problem could work with us would do what ever needed to help. offered to do in house finance, split down payment, and to work with payments. Wife and I went in on Saturday and had the worst customer service ever. ran my wife's credit without asking about running it, Then sales man came out side and told us there is nothing we can do for you. Asked to speak to the owner who I had talked to on Monday and was told he was out and would be back soon. Waited a while and no show then left number for him to call 24 hours latter and still no call. Feel like they just told me what I wanted to hear on phone to get me in and then when found out poor credit score did not want anything to do with us. Sales man was rude and very short with us poor customer relations.. more
