They sold me a range that they knew very well had a bad controller. The stove worked, oven and brioler heated up, so I bought it. Come to find out the oven never got hot enough. I called a repair person and they confirmed the controller was shot. Walt would not make good on the product he sold me. I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB - Be aware, don't buy from them! more

I was very happy with my dealings with these gentlemen. Went in just to look at washers and dryers and was initially taken aback - there is an appliance yard outside, a huge number of various appliances with a pathway between them to the door. The people inside were friendly and showed me the inventory they had of dryers and front-loading washers, which was what I wanted. None of the washers was quite what I was looking for. They had me describe what I was looking for (my old washer from a different state) - then brought me to a corner where they had that exact washer - just not in working order yet. They told me if I wanted it, they'd work on fixing it and would call me when it was done. And they called the next day! They delivered within the week for free, installed both, and both appliances have been working great ever since. Pros: reasonable prices, good quality, friendly and helpful Cons: on-street parking, not very handicap accessible more
