We bought a new RV at Affinity RV in Prescott. It has many problems and we have only put on 4300 miles. But now Affinity refuses to fix the problems. We bought locally so we would not have to travel far distance for repairs or service. Now our RV is not usable but Affinity will not stand by it's promises of local service. What happened to customer service?
