Affiliated Acceptance

This company was used by a gym I subscribed to, I moved and gave my 30 day notice to the gym. The crediter contacted me telling my that I had a debit of 365 dollars do to my contract. I contected the gym and they told me I only had to balance of 75 dollars and that was turned over to the creditor so I would need to work with them. I recontacted the creditor, and explained what the gym manager told me. Later that day they recontected me and told me that the extra amount charged was late fees and fees for the crediter service. I am curently fighting the creditor do to these outragous charges. They are seriously scam artests never give them your bank information or card information. DO NOT GIVE THIS CO. YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY ARE A FRADULENT, RIP-OFF COMPANY. They did THE same thing to my son. Convinced him to give hem credit card no. for tanning services that he wanted for 3 weeks only but are now charging his card. Please contract your local authorities immediately and report this company to shut them down. Cons: rip off company. stay clear of them!! more

A tanning package that I contracted with another company for was charged through this company. When I moved I cancelled in writing with 30 days notice per the contract; I then received a letter stating that I owed an additional amount for a charge not going through which was dated days before the charge was even authorized. I tried to call to rectify the charges, but the phone was never answered and I was charged 3 times the agreed upon amount for the next month. more
