When technician Devin arrived I asked him to clean H/W heater. He said he didn't know if he had time. He did clean furnace and did something with A/C. When he left, I was handed the paper work for his work. I received a bill for H/W heater work, which I expected. I will pay the bill, but between you and me, I don't think he even touched the H/W heater. Going downstairs several times I saw he was working on the furnace, but not once did I ever see work on the H/W heater. None of the smoke pipes from either furnace or H/W heater were pulled, and of course nothing was vacuumed. I've been thru this procedure enough to know what has been done or not done. He was finished much too quickly, and there was not an odor of fuel oil in the basement as there is other times. To me the work was done haphazardly and poorly.
