Myron recently fixed up our garage after the door slipped and came down on my truck while I was backing out. I feared for the worse for our 20 year old garage door, but it turned out it was just a bad spring! A quick the internet search told me right away that Myron is the man to call... so I did and I am happy to say I was impressed and pleased with his service. He is a one man show who works hard and often has greasy hands as his cell phone voice message suggests, but leave him a message and I promise he will be prompt in setting an appointment and getting the job done. As promised, Myron showed up on time, offered me two options for spring replacement and immediately got to work. I am pretty sure he was out the door in under an hour and even takes credit cards. Great guy - I'm glad that I called him. One of my two doors was sticking, and I had cranked up the force so that it would open. Since the motor was grunting n groaning to open, I thought that I should have someone take a look at it, so I called this garage door company He quoted me a service call price over the phone and came out the next Monday. As soon as he arrived, we spotted the broken spring/ I asked him to check the other door as well, and that door had two broken springs. I was bracing for a huge bill - service call and three broken springs - yikes! But Steven was very fair He provided me with a very nice reduction in the labor and a very fair price - I was surprised that it wasn't substantially more. He did a great job, oiled up everything, adjusted both doors, and motors. He even checked every screw on the door to be sure that they were all tight. Before he left, he showed me how to maintain the springs and wheels, and said if I had any problems at all, that he would come back out and resolve it for no charge. He called about 30 minutes before the scheduled time to give me an update and a heads up when he would arrive. One note, he is a one-person shop and I see that at least one reviewer was perturbed that no one answered the office phone. Well, he works on his own and does his own service calls - makes answering the phone a little hard. I did not have a problem reaching him, and I am glad that I do not have to pay for a admin or answering service - just the actual repair. I recommend him for your doors! more

Wow!! This repair company definitely lives up to every bit of the praise given in these reviews. Our garage door kept going back up when it was supposed to be closing. It came off the tracks today (Saturday) and though we got it back on, I e-mailed this repair company to see if l could schedule an appt for the following week. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from John offering to come out today and offering to be here within half an hour. He was here in less than that time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was professional, friendly, so knowledgeable and very energetic. He fixed the problematic door as well as making improvements on our other door that I didn't even realize were needed. The price was incredibly reasonable. Our doors are so smooth and quiet now. I wish all service providers could be like this repair company or even a few of them... If you need work done on your garage door, don't bother looking further. You will not be disappointed by this repair company. more
